Use this checklist before a retailer, office, headquarters or mail claim route. Keep the original ticket and exclude private data from public evidence.

Save before claiming

Original ticket and ticket photo.
Game name, draw date, ticket number and retailer name.
Claim amount and expected claim route.
Winner Claim Form copy when required.
ID copy record for private claim file only.
Withholding, W-2G or reporting notes.
Mail tracking if mailed.
Support or scam notes if anything seems suspicious.

Do not include publicly

Private ID data

Do not publish full ID images, SSN, bank details or full address.

Ticket

Original ticket control

Keep the original ticket secure; photos support records but do not replace the ticket.

Mail

Tracking records

Use trackable mailing records when a mail route is used.
