Table profile and rounding caveats

Buy and lay commission

Commission timing changes the edge. This calculator labels common baseline assumptions and tells you when table-specific treatment matters.

Field payout variants

Field edge changes when 2 or 12 pays double or triple. Verify the visible payout panel before using field numbers.

Odds are not whole-session safety

Free odds may carry no house edge, but they still increase active reserve and session volatility.

Payout "to" vs "for"

"To" usually means profit only; "for" usually includes the original stake.

A $100 bet paid 7 to 1 usually returns $700 profit plus the original $100 stake if it wins. A sign that says $800 for $100 may already include the stake. This calculator shows profit and total return separately so table wording does not blur the two.
