Formula registry
Range Equity Estimate v1.0 averages class-vs-class heuristic estimates across parsed starting-hand classes. It is intentionally labeled as an estimate, not an exact combinatorial range solver. Review trigger: exact solver upgrade, board-card support, range syntax expansion, or quarterly tools update.

The range-equity tool keeps a public verification file for parser, estimate, board-card stop-gate and invalid-input cases.
