Is online poker legal in Nevada?
Yes. Nevada regulates real-money online poker as interactive gaming, but not internet slots or house-banked online table games. Players must generally be 21+, register with a licensed operator, complete identity checks and play only from a jurisdiction where the operator may lawfully accept the wager. Nevada's official page lists WSOP and Real Gaming; interstate liquidity depends on the exact operator network, participating state and current geolocation.
