- KYC
- Identity and account verification. It matters because data mismatch can delay withdrawals.
- Proof of address
- A document that confirms where you live. It should match the address used during registration.
- Self-exclusion
- A control that blocks access for a fixed period or permanently. It matters because bypass attempts create serious account and RG problems.
Bonus and wagering terms
- Wagering requirement
- The amount of qualifying betting required before bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn.
- Game contribution
- The percentage of each wager that counts toward wagering. Low contribution can raise the real burden sharply.
- Max cashout
- A limit on the winnings you can withdraw from a bonus. It can change the economic value of the offer more than the headline bonus size.
Game and risk terms
- RTP
- The theoretical long-run return percentage. It is not a short-term session forecast.
- House edge
- The mathematical long-run advantage of the game or bet. It matters because smaller edge is not the same thing as lower session risk.
- Volatility
- How uneven results can feel across shorter sessions. Higher volatility can increase bankroll stress even when stakes look similar.
