What gambling is legal in Ohio?
As of July 16, 2026, Ohio allows gambling only through product-specific regulated routes: four commercial casinos, seven racinos with Ohio Lottery VLTs, online and retail sports gaming, lottery products, pari-mutuel horse racing, licensed fantasy contests and authorized charitable gaming.
