As of July 16, 2026, Ohio has seven operating racinos: Belterra Park, Eldorado Gaming Scioto Downs, Northfield Park Racino, Hollywood Gaming Dayton Raceway, Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, JACK Thistledown Racino and Miami Valley Gaming. A racino is a horse-racing facility licensed by the Ohio Lottery to offer video lottery terminals, not a commercial casino with full table-game authority.
