The Ohio Lottery sells draw and instant products through licensed retailers. Current product families include major draw games, Scratch-Offs, KENO, EZPLAY and Touch & Win, with ticket scanning, ePlaySlip and eligible mobile cashing available through the official app.
The official app does not itself complete a Lottery-ticket purchase. Traditional Lottery tickets are 18+, while racino VLTs and Lottery-linked Type C sports gaming are separate 21+ products with different records and claim rules.

How does the Ohio Lottery work?
As of July 16, 2026, the Ohio Lottery offers draw games, Scratch-Offs, KENO, EZPLAY and Touch & Win through licensed retailers. Lottery-ticket purchase is 18+, while VLT play and Lottery-linked Type C sports gaming are separate 21+ products. The official app checks tickets, creates retail ePlaySlips and supports eligible mobile cashing from $50 to $25,000; it does not itself complete a ticket purchase. Exact rules, deadlines and claim routes depend on the ticket and game.

Can you buy Ohio Lottery tickets in the official app?
No direct in-app purchase is completed by the current official workflow. The app can prepare selections and generate an ePlaySlip barcode, but the ticket is created only after the barcode is scanned and the transaction is completed at a licensed retailer or self-service kiosk.
