Status evidence has limits

What authorization and availability do—and do not—prove

A license row is not a public launch

An MSP row or Commission approval proves a regulatory step. It does not prove that a West Virginia consumer can open the exact product or place a wager now.

A consumer brand is not always the source-printed DBA
